The Society has been showing the best of world and independent cinema in Slough for more than 60 years

All screenings apart from the Windsor Fringe are held on Thursdays at 7.45pm at the West Wing Arts Centre , Stoke Road, Slough SL2 5AY.

Important news. The showing of "The Artist" cannot take place as advertised. We will be showing "The Guard" instead. "The Artist" is planned for the 14th June in the main auditorium of the West Wing.

A new season of films commenced on Thursday 26th January 2012 and continues fortnightly until 7th June (with a two week break at Easter)  – programme details click here or on the Film Programme tab. The following films are included in the programme: TREE OF LIFE, INCENDIES, PEEPLI LIVE, AJAMI, WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT KEVIN, MISS BALA, MIDNIGHT IN PARIS, A SCREAMING MAN, THE ARTIST and LAS ACACIAS.

We encourage all to subscribe to our e-mail list. We are temporarily hosting the East Berks Ramblers lists as well for technical reasons, so choose the "Upcoming" list to just get cinema news.

We plan to have an "Annual" General Meeting early in the next season. Please let us know what you think and which date would suit you. Of course we always need your ideas for the next programme.

We also showed two films in the Windsor Fringe [pdf] at a new venue - Alma Road Social Club - on 26th September and 3rd October.
